I believe that our beauty services should be free from toxins, so all of my pre and post wax care are nontoxic and use only the best ingredients, including my wax! Cancellation Policy
To my amazing clients + future clients -
I have worked extremely hard to get where I am in my career, and I am very grateful to those of you who support me. My business is not only something that I love dearly, but something that supports my family as well. I have strict policies to ensure that my time and business are being respected & protected. Please take the time to read through them before booking an appointment with me. If these policies do not work for you, I may not be the best service provider for you at this time. I hope you all understand.
+ A valid credit or debit card is required to keep on file to book an appointment.
+ You have up until 48 hours of your appointment time to reschedule, cancel, or change your services. This still gives me some time to fill in the space on my schedule. Any changes made after the 48 hour time period will result in a 50% fee of the services booked- NO EXCEPTIONS.
+ I have a 5 minute grace period to be INSIDE my suite. If you are running late, please let me know BEFORE the start of your appointment, and I will do my best to accommodate you (time permitting). I do my best to run on time, and I ask the same of you as well. With that being said, tardiness to your appointment may result in an adjustment to your services and/or a 50% charge, based on time available to complete your services.
+ A no-show after 10 minutes will result in a charge for the FULL BALANCE of services booked. This is time & income I can not get back. There are ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
+ If your card declines from a cancellation or no-show charge, there will be a hold on your account and you will not be able to book again. Once the balance is paid off and your card information is updated, you will be able to book again.
+ Cancellation and No-Show fees will be charged regardless of prepayment of services with packages or memberships.
